By accessing or using EasyMapLeads ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyMapLeads is a lead generation platform that extracts publicly available business information from Google Maps. The Service provides business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and other publicly listed details. We also offer AI-powered email personalization features to help you craft outreach messages.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New accounts receive a free trial of 50 credits
• Additional credits can be purchased through our credit packages
• Lifetime Deal (LTD) users receive 5,000 credits monthly for a one-time payment
• Credits are consumed when running campaigns to extract business leads
• Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individuals or businesses
• Collect data for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Resell or redistribute extracted data as a competing service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Accuracy

The business information we extract comes from publicly available sources on Google Maps. While we strive to provide accurate data, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any extracted information. Business details may change without notice, and some listings may contain outdated or incorrect information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by EasyMapLeads and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyMapLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any unused credits are forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
